Personal Injury (Caused by Negligence):One (1) year from when claim accrues.
Statute of Repose:For claims brought more than five (5) years after the date of sale to the first consumer or more than eight (8) years after the date of manufacture, there is a rebuttable presumption that the product was not defective.
